Case Study
Temporary School Structures at Epsom College
The Brief
Epsom College required a reliable and professional event structure that could support a demanding academic calendar.
This included large prize-giving ceremonies for up to 3,000 people, open days, sporting events and a wide range of internal and external functions throughout the year.
Our Solution
We developed a high-quality modular marquee that has evolved into a flagship, multi-purpose structure for the College. Alongside the main installation, we provided a full suite of ancillary structures and equipment including furniture, lighting, dancefloors, staging and operational facilities.
Our team worked responsively with the school to plan adjustments around their timetable, ensuring the structure remained safe, secure and event-ready at all times.
The Outcome
The marquee now serves as a premium, year-round space for both College events and hireable functions. Our continued involvement includes regular checks, ongoing maintenance and clear communication with the College’s team.
The long-standing partnership demonstrates our ability to deliver an adaptable environment that supports evolving requirements throughout an extended hire period.
