Kent Festival Marquee Solution for Seasonal Event
The Brief
Our client sought a festival marquee solution that could elevate their annual Christmas event as visitor numbers continued to grow. Their previous setup was no longer suitable, and they needed temporary festival structures capable of withstanding harsh winter conditions while remaining flexible enough to evolve with the creative specification throughout the build. The brief was clear: supply strong, reliable temporary event structures that delivered both durability and adaptability.
Our Solution
We installed just under 3,000 sq. m of festival marquees across two key areas, using reinforced frames and weather-tight systems to deliver winter-ready temporary festival structures.
Spaces included performance and dining areas, workshops, Santa’s grottos, walkways and gift shops, all provided through our professional marquee tent hire service.
To create the “Winter Wonderland Journey”, we linked each structure with bespoke flooring and watertight guttering. As the creative plan evolved, we adapted layouts and access points on site, making changes quickly and safely without impacting the build schedule.
The Outcome
The result was a fully immersive, winter-ready festival marquee installation that provided the strength, finish and flexibility required for a high-capacity Christmas experience , with over 34,000 people visiting the site over 16 days.
